At Sharjeel Jewellers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Customized jewelry (including engraving, resizing, or special orders) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made jewelry, engraved items, or any special orders are non-returnable.
    • Products that have been worn or altered in any way are non-returnable.
